This couple wanted to update and add a little more square footage to their standard ranch home. Review of schematic design options resulted in an enlarged family room filled with natural daylight projecting into their back/yard and a two stall garage and breezeway.

This family wanted to envision how a porch could be added in the back/yard on their sloped site.
We provided four to five 3D options for them to select from in our design study.
With a growing family, this couple wanted to modernize their recently purchased lakefront home on both the exterior and interior. Still in the planning phase with a number of schemes to select from, added SF must first be matched with an appropriate construction budget.
With a kitchen, basement or an addition project, we do not need to be involved in your project from beginning to end unless you want us to! In the following projects we provide services just through schematic design. This allowed the final manifestation of the project to the owner and their contractor to manage.
