A 'Context Driven' project where Engerman Builders approached us to design a home modeled after various english styles. With thorough programming and 3D analysis we worked with the builder to design an incredible 13000 SF home overlooking Lake Geneva.
Assisting the owner and builder only through the design development stage, we provided numerous concept sketches for initial project approval. Schematic design with three dimensional computer generated drawings then followed through construction documents.
A six stall garage, 45 foot long kitchen, and a glass sunroom solarium were just a few of the owners desired features. To expedite construction this magnificent home was panelized.
