Cafeteria & 'Internet' Spaces

Remember not too long ago, there were spaces created for all of us to be on the internet? Part of a 60,000 SF remodel project on the Moraine Park Technical College Campus in Fond du lac, here a first of its kind, 'Internet Cafe' became the focal point of student spaces. The project further comprised of a new library, a restaurant, an updated cafeteria & high tech classrooms, a student lounge and a large outdoor plaza.

The World Link Conference Center has seating for 70 people, and allows Moraine Park to down-link global conferencing into high-resolution digital screens. This center has the ability to conduct workshops for business and industry during one part of the day and later on that same day, downlink art exhibits, musical concerts, lectures, or presentations.

At the time, the Cyber Center was the only collegiate computer operation of its kind in Wisconsin.
